Hollowgraf Ltd is a UK-based water technology startup emerging from the world-leading graphene membrane research led by Professor Rahul R. Nair at the National Graphene Institute, The University of Manchester. Our team has deep expertise in membrane-based separation technologies, with a strong focus on advanced two-dimensional (2D) materials for water and resource recovery.

Built on more than a decade of pioneering research in graphene-based separation science, Hollowgraf is developing a patent-pending, near-zero liquid discharge (ZLD) desalination process designed for real-world deployment. Our approach aims to produce clean water and valuable co-products while reducing reliance on conventional high-pressure desalination methods.
